Includes: 4 slabs of pork ribs, two 24.5 oz. bottles of Goode's BBQ Sauce, and 2 loaves of our Homemade Jalapeño Cheese Bread. (Feeds 8-10)

We never freeze our smoked meats. Ice crystals break down the flavor and meat texture. That is why we control the entire process of procuring meats, seasoning them, smoking them, vacuum sealing them, and shipping them from our state inspected and approved smokehouse in Texas. Our mesquite smoked barbeque arrives at your door ready to heat and serve. Refrigerate immediately. The smoked meat will keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. If you don't plan to use it in that length of time, it should be frozen.
